Uncertainty about cost is one of the main reasons businesses delay taking legal advice. Themis addresses that by confirming the scope of the work and the charging structure that applies to it at the outset of every engagement.
Not every matter can be done for a fixed fee - the extent of some work simply cannot be known in advance. Where that is the case, we say so and agree an appropriate structure with you instead.
