Tell us what you need
Submit an enquiry or speak to us directly. Describe the matter, the commercial objective behind it and any deadline you are working to. The more context we have, the more accurately we can scope the work.

Scope & price
We confirm what the work involves, what it does not involve, and the charging structure that applies to it. Where the extent of the work cannot be determined in advance, we explain that and agree an appropriate structure with you.

You approve
Nothing proceeds until you have agreed the scope and the applicable fees. If the scope later changes, the effect on fees is discussed with you before any further work is done.

We deliver
The work is completed as agreed. You receive the legal position, the material risks and a clear recommendation you can act on.

Scope and the charging structure are communicated to you before work proceeds. That is the point of the process: you should never be uncertain about what is being done or what it will cost.
Where a matter falls outside what a legal consultancy may do - litigation, court appearances or services reserved for practising attorneys - we will tell you rather than proceed.
